Please take time to read the terms and conditions of our Guest House, we have tried to make them simple to understand.
 
RESERVATIONS
 
Please contact us by telephone to confirm dates and the number of rooms required.
 
Before making a reservation please be aware of the following:

• When a reservation is made, it means that someone else may be turned away for that room on that date. We make a commitment to our guests when we reserve a room for them; in return, we require a commitment from our guests. This is why a 'Cancellation Policy' is deemed necessary in clear and simple terms.
• All reservations must be secured by credit or debit card details. Any reservations over a £250 total will require a 20% deposit.
• Rooms will be available from 1pm to 8pm on the day of your arrival unless otherwise agreed. Please confirm you approximate time of arrival at time of booking.
• Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
• It is understood that Birchwood is a totally non-smoking establishment.
• Acceptance of the Cancellation Policy at time of booking.
• We always advise guests to have a holiday insurance in case of cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are refundable provided 48 hours notice is given. An admin charge of £10.00 will apply.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date, one days room rate will be charged.

Payment

• Cheque: We only accept cheques for deposits we need to receive these five working days before arrival.
• Credit / debit cards: We accept most major credit / debit cards. We do not accept American Express.
• Cash: We accept cash payment for accommodation
