Please take time to read the terms and conditions of our Guest House, we have tried to make them simple to understand.
RESERVATIONS
Please contact us by telephone to confirm dates and the number of rooms required.
Before making a reservation please be aware of the following:
- When a reservation is made, it means that someone else may be turned away for that room on that date. We make a commitment to our guests when we reserve a room for them; in return, we require a commitment from our guests. This is why a 'Cancellation Policy' is deemed necessary in clear and simple terms.
- All reservations must be secured by credit or debit card details. Any reservations over a £250 total will require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
- Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time and be aware that our Reception Desk closes at 10pm.
- Rooms will be available from 1pm on the day of your arrival unless otherwise agreed. Please confirm you approximate time of arrival at time of booking.
- Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
- It is understood that Birchwood is a totally non-smoking establishment.
- It is understood that the reserved room will be available for re-letting 1 hour after the agreed ETA has expired unless amended by telephone prior to its expiry.
- Acceptance of the Cancellation Policy at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Any cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date full payment will be required
Payment
- Cheque: We only accept cheques for deposits we need to receive these five working days before arrival.
- Credit / debit cards: We accept most major credit / debit cards. We do not accept American Express.
- Cash: We accept cash payment for accommodation
